Mabins Authentic Peanut Butter Stew with Rice

Our Authentic Mabins Peanut stew is an African recipe that’s very popular in West Africa, and especially in Ghana. It is also popular in countries like Sierra Leone, locally called “granat soup”. Essentially, it’s cooked with tomatoes (fresh and paste), ground roasted peanut turned into a paste (or African peanut butter blended with our in-house mabins spices base soup. It has assorted meat like African hard chicken, dry fish (most likely crushed into the sauce), beef, and turkey. Served over locally African produced warm rice.
