Chicken and Plantains

Leg quarters or drumsticks are well seasoned and fried then broiled in our in-house tomato, onions, sweet bell peppers base marinated sauce. Garnished with a stir-fry veggie medley. Enjoy it with the Mabins spicy dipping sauce.
